| Mechanical Design Engineer | |
| Will
work with optical design and manufacturing engineers to create tooling,
fixtures, and alignment processes for assembling, exposing, terminating,
and packaging of passive/active optical devices, from engineering
prototype through pilot production. Candidate should be experienced
with high stability designs, have an excellent understanding of thermal/materials
issues, excellent CAD design skills with AutoCAD tools. At least a bachelor degree in ME, good communication skills, and three or more years of industrial experience are preferred. |

for design and implementation of various optical components, including
fiber connectors, couplers, and EO/OE transceivers. Will setup and
conduct experiments, build prototypes, and perform related optical/electrical
measurements based on custom requirements. The successful candidate has a minimum of BS degree in EE/Physics/Optics, and at least 2 years practical experience with an emphasis on fiber optical component and devices. Must be a team player. |

| Assist Quality Assusrance Manager in developing standards and procedures for inspection and quality assurance; Report to QA Manager regarding performance of quality management system and any need for improvement; Assist QA Manager to aquire information from customers and communicates it internally and to vendors to ensure that customer specification and expectations are met and/or exceed; Facilitate corrective action and validate effectiveness of implementation under QA Manager's supervision; Assist the QA Manager to maintain policies and procedures regarding the maintenance of configuration management activities; and other job duties as assigned by Supervisor. | |
| Reliability Test Engineer | |
| Will
assist in the development of automatic test systems for new product
environmental tests. Work closely with multidisciplinary team of optics
engineers, electronic engineers, and process engineers to resolve
any reliability issues. Should be familiar with collection & analysis
of data using a data-acquisition system. The successful candidate will be a team player and possess good communication skills and the ability to write clear and concise reports. Need a minimum of BS in EE, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering and at least 1 year of industrial experience. Knowledge of Bellcore test standards, basic lab electronics, and computer software skills are also highly desirable. |

| SMT Engineer - Process and Equipment | |
| In
depth knowledge of PCB assembly process, peripherals and operating
systems. BSEE or Equivalent. |

| Test/Diagnostics Engineer | |
| Installation
and functional tests of electronic circuit boards and systems. Must
be able to conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions
for production assembly lines. Improve manufacturing test process
flow. Install and qualify all test software and test procedures based
on customers requirements. Train internal test technicians/operators
on the use of all test setup and procedures. Assist in the specifications
and purchase of electronic components and systems. BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2 to 10 years of hands-on experience. Experience in test instruments and troubleshooting in electronic circuits preferred. Ability to communicate fluently in English. |

of test program development and implementation for wafer probing and
final test on ATE such as Trillium Deltamaster, Eagle Tester and/or
Sentry 20/21/50. BSEE Degree with experience in IC Testing. |
